Frequently asked questions:

What kind of photo do I need to send? A clear, well-lit head shot works best — the more detail visible, the more we can capture in the painting.

How long will it take? Please allow a minimum of 4 weeks. You'll receive progress updates throughout so you're never left wondering. Please bare in mind this won’t be rushed so if this is for a present or anniversary please do let me know 

Can I choose my frame colour? Yes — white, black, or natural oak effect, selected at checkout 

Is this suitable as a memorial gift? Absolutely. Many of my portraits are commissioned in memory of a pet who has passed — the robin carries its own quiet symbolism of those we've lost.
