These are the same official I’m OK Bee plush toys, but they have tiny imperfections or cosmetic flaws that mean they don’t meet my usual first-quality standard. The imperfections are nothing major, but they may include small marks, stitching irregularities, slight differences in finish or other minor cosmetic faults.

By purchasing a seconds plush, you are accepting that imperfections are guaranteed. These are not perfect first-quality products, and they are being sold specifically because of their minor imperfections.
There will be no returns or refunds simply because you find a cosmetic imperfection that is consistent with the product being sold as a second.
